Postby r16magnus » Sat Sep 24, 2005 7:59 am

Tailgate lock sealing washer (05 56 130 000) has been remanufactured by Geert and the boys at the Renault 16 club in Tilburg, Holland

I have bought a few for my personal use and they are very good!

Indeed, very good replacement. Not cheap though!

Yes, for the tailgate, trunk lid, bagage door, or whatever you call the 5th door at the back...

Tailgate Lock Sealing Washer

Postby cedric8 » Fri Jan 20, 2006 11:03 am

A Handy bit of info:
A 3/4" wiring grommet fits snugly into the hole of the tailgate and provides enough movement for the lock to work seamlessly. I know it doesnt come with the authentic look like the ones from above, but it is a lot cheaper and works just as well, especially when it costs AU$3 compared to the 11Euro.
